Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of the Clarity Bolt website (www.claritybolt.com) and any digital products sold under the Clarity Bolt brand (the “Services”). The Services are operated by Endurance Ecom LLC (the “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing the Services or purchasing any of our products, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Who we are

Clarity Bolt is a brand and trading name operated by Endurance Ecom LLC, a limited liability company. References to “Clarity Bolt” in these Terms mean the brand; the contracting entity is Endurance Ecom LLC.

2. Digital products

Clarity Bolt products are delivered as digital files (for example.xlsx spreadsheets and .pdf guides) distributed through Etsy, which acts as our authorized reseller and payment processor. Once a product has been delivered to you, the file is yours to use on devices you personally own or control, subject to the license in Section 3.

3. License

Endurance Ecom LLC grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use Clarity Bolt digital products for personal or single-business use. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, repackage, or publicly share the product files without prior written permission from the Company. All intellectual property rights remain with Endurance Ecom LLC.

4. Purchases and payment

All purchases are processed by Etsy. Pricing, taxes, and fulfillment timing are governed by Etsy’s terms in addition to these Terms. We do not receive or store your payment card information.

5. Refunds

Our refund terms are described in our Refund Policy. Refund requests are handled through Etsy in the first instance; if that is not possible, contact us directly at hello@claritybolt.com.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Services to (a) violate any law or regulation; (b) infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of any person; (c) transmit malware, spam, or other harmful content; or (d) interfere with the security or operation of the Services.

7. No warranties

The Services and all Clarity Bolt products are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free. You use them at your own risk.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Endurance Ecom LLC, together with its officers, employees, and affiliates, will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services. Our aggregate liability for any direct damages will not exceed the amount you paid us for the product giving rise to the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Endurance Ecom LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.

10. Changes to the Services and Terms

We may modify the Services or these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
